The most joyous moment(s) for me last year was the realizations I garnered about myself as a result of a wonderful journey of therapy! I've been through a lot of traumatic events all of which took place so fast one after the other, that i didn't realise the backlogs that i was (and still am) bearing. Therapy gave me tools to both process these past events and to be mindfully enjoy the present. Your conversation with Dhanya Varma ma'am was so inspiring in this regard! So I would like to see more of your videos on how you process the highs and lows u experience with yourself, people and everything in life.
