Hi, i just watched a few of your vlogs and I'm really happy you are brave enough to leave the USA and venture out into the big wide world, I've been to Istanbul quite a few times, it's a noisy bustling place, the weather is hot, however, you're are about to come to my hometown, London, just a heads up, although it supposed to be summer here, we have very changeable weather, make sure you have an umbrella, and some clothings that's warm 😄 how the weather is in the morning might change in an hour so please be prepared, by the way, maybe a few turkish words might be useful for you. Merhaba is hello, güle güle is bye bye, and mersi, or teşşekür ederim is thank you. I know you will be enjoying Turkey in the coming months, or more recently called Türkiye, and i know you will enjoy London with even more old buildings here, by the way since you love ice cream, i love sorbet flavoured ones, you may want to visit Amorino Gelato, their ice creams are divine. Wish you the best, güle güle Jasmine 😊

Residents in Turkey are facing challenges due to the large number of refugees from Syria, Ukrainians, Russians, and expats from various parts of the world residing in the country. Locals are finding it hard to secure affordable housing, and they believe that the government is deliberately delaying the process of permitting these individuals to stay in Turkey.

Lahmacun consists of a thin circular or oval piece of dough, on which a topping is placed, which can be made from meat (often lamb), vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions) and aromatic herbs (basil, coriander, parsley ). While it can be served flat like an Italian pizza, it can also be found rolled up

I discovered and subscribed last night and watched until this morning. I’m back home and is about to watch more, I don’t think they will ever need a GI Dr for the amount of yogurt they eat. Enjoy, the food looks good, fresh. British breakfast, eggs over easy on toast with tomatoes (stewed) baked beans, slab bacon, and or sausage. I’ve been to many countries and developed a fear of flying after having my son that has now got crippling. I’m about to live vicariously through u, let’s go. None of my friends had passports to this day, sad really. Travel girl travel, I did from age 19-30.spike Lee has a film scholarship program at NYU teas with or after meals is great for digestion. Wait until u go to Spain, hop over to Belgium, Mercedes for cabs😊❤🇺🇸

I would love to have a conversation with you sometime. I’m one of your older fans. I’ve traveled most of my life. Some of my greatest experiences have been traveling to other countries as a solo African American woman. I love travel, but it’s more difficult for me due to some health concerns. I’m 68 and still have places to go on my Bucket List. I love France and Brasil. I learned some Portuguese before I took my first journey to Rio de Janeiro. I love Paris!! My first trip to Europe was when I was 17 years old. I went with the Foreign Study League for three months, mostly France. I took French during all four years of high school. I’m very impressed by you and proud of you. I was never afraid to travel alone. It’s amazing how great people are around the world. That includes the United States. Good people everywhere bay bay 😉. Girl, enjoy your life. You’re young so be a good kind person and still use your street sense and your common sense. Don’t ever live in fear. I’m glad you are being so friendly to the locals. I hope you learn some of the language. People really respect foreigners who care enough to learn some local language and customs. Blessings to you always.

You can tell them you want the lahmacun a little hot, mid or really hot, they will do that for you, if you don’t say anything the lahmacun will be without any level of hot, also tell them not to cut the lahmacun into small pieces, bring it whole, once you get it, squeeze the entire quarter lemon all around the lahmacun, then put the salad in the middle, and then make a wrap with the lahmacun and then eat it, that is how we do it, I would personally tell the waiter to make the lahmacun mid hot.

Also just so everyone knows not only is there Turkish dramas but there is K dramas which is south Korean comedic slap stick romance comedies which are the best we'll done and so good. There is C or Chinese dramas which are also comedic romances but some are very violent B rated . But Turkish and K dramas are the best. Turkish people are very passionate. Ya I watch all the dramas around the world 🌎 lol.
