For anyone that's wondering, with silverbranch and vital amplifier, Sam went from 163 Power to 282 in only the proc from Arachne's 2 and vital from Arachne's 1 healing her. That's a 119 Power or a WHOPPING 73% INCREASE. That's why Artio melted at 46:06

Thank you for the video as always, Sam! I grew up watching your content since middle school and joined the military a year after high school with you being a constant in my life so it means a lot to hear you talk about the military like you did here. I would like to add here that you don't need to be patriotic or love our government to join. Many of my friends were in bad situations or just needed money. We are just people trying to get by and found out they would pay for college, food and lodging. If you have ever seen those videos of military asking military "Why did you join," their responses are %100 real.

The reason for the drop in military respect is the fact a lot of people aren't as patriotic anymore, and find that risking their life for their country to be a dumb/pointless act. However while I agree with that, people getting mad at Veterans/Active Duty are assholes. I hate the country, not the people. To all Veterans or Active Duty military personnel who read this, you're doing good work, stay strong.

Most of the veteran haters are people who are either jealous because overall they do have a level of respect that Americans as a whole give them or they have this veiw about the US military and how bad it is morally and they throw that onto the individuals that serve. Like those of us that served who have seen combat, often multiple times. Who have seen our best friends get blown to pieces to have to come home without them and look their wife and children in the eyes. Who has killed in the name of our country and come back literally and figuratively missing pieces of ourselves. You can disagree with the why all you want, but taking your personal opinion of the military out on those individuals is disgusting. And those who take it a step farther and say they deserve it or hope they off themselves are the worst human being on the planet and downright diabolical.

Hey sam, ive seen a couple people talking about the military comment thing so i figured I'd add in my 2 cents as well. I wanna start off by saying i support veterans and active soldiers alike, i do not support the american military. I feel like i might have some insight on why you got alot of hate on twitter for that. First of all, Twitter sucks and people on there are very quick to spread hate instead of just talking things out. But also alot of people nowadays (especially people in my generation) have alot of disdain for the american military and the military industrial complex as a whole because weve seen the damage we have done to other countries and the atrocities weve funded/aided over the course of history. All so we could profit off of death and destruction. So i think the reason you got alot of hate for that post (even though you were in the right, fuck anyone who wishes ptsd on anyone let alone veterans) is because people are angry and lashing out about it. I can't speak for everyone, but i at least support veterans and hate the system they work under. Its predatory to them, and it doesn't rake care of their mental and physical health after putting them through the ringer just so the government can get oil a bit cheaper. Anyways, happy Thanksgiving and to any veteran that has read this long. Thank you for your service, and im sorry our country has failed to help you after your service

this is coming from a guy who spent 5 years in the navy, with an honorable discharge. i got no problem with the people in the military in general, very neutral about it. but currently, the military as a whole is pretty much a scam right now with a lot less of what makes people want to join gone from what it was in former times. its deadass more of a BUSINESS rn, than a military. money as a focus, diversity for some reason as a focus, promotions are quota based rather than merit, sexism and reverse sexism is prevalent, ur gonna work for a 'boss' whos sometimes there for reasons that arent because of what they can do. u take a bunch of what people hate in an avg modern workplace, and then you deal with that in an area where you work around things that can kill you. the people, the normal people who arent deluded by the ranking system that gives them their feelings of pride, arent worth hating. but the current day military is.

A lot of my coworkers joined to get away from a bad life - drugs, abusive families, etc. I know quite a few immigrants who gained citizenship through joining, fleeing their home country due to civil war. The military was a chance for them to break the habit and start a fresh life. Feel free to hate the military's actions, but to hate on the pawns who dont make the decisions is extremely ignorant
