Yo sam, been watchin your videos for about the past 3 years. That last fight of the video was the most entertaining for me. Idk why you got so tilted but it was a competition, regardless of the match up. It was intense and fun, also the guy you were fighting was respectful as well. Sam, Sam, Sam-I-am. Merc passive is 20% damage for the full bar on the next auto. 4% for one chunk. Horrific doesn't affect that. You're not even getting more than 1% per auto after the first with hastened.

With the balance changes idk why to ever build demon blade over fail not as db has no cooldown, less crit by a lot, basically no passive as you need to crit for 10% pen which just base comes on fail not with 10% pen 20% cooldown and w passive 40% crit and making you 10 % harder to kill
