Having lesser guest is great. Sometimes i feel pity to the guest who doesnt get any screen time because the mc more focus to the more famous one. So lesser is better. You can focus to the guest. People are complaining about the new and the old version... as we know the staffs are working hard to keep the shows go on. At least show some appreciation to them. Keep it up ! I'm only halfway through, but the episode was pretty good. The guest were funny and I like the 100 things segment, its a great way to spark personal stories, which was what I liked so much about this show in the first place. I wish they'd find a more comfortable setting though. Its an awkward set up which makes the focus only on the person talking as opposed to the whole group like before.

Whether someone likes the show or not is a personal opinion. The ratings have been bad for a long time, that's not exactly news to anyone. That's obviously why the show changed concepts in the first place.

Nala D Yet they change the concept to more unlikely position and the result is the continuing decline and for the worst cancelling it. Thats why those who had watched the show before the pd changed HT concept in 2012 know what post-2012 HT had lost. And this, they change it again for worst. What i am trying to point out is international fans who wrote and watched in youtube didnt know the Korean perception of the change itself. Well if one tv changed the already familiar show with a new one that is not satisfying, then the show is deemed to be changed changed changed until cancellation. Thats what happen to shows like star golden bell, strong heart,etc. Thank heavens the only reason kbs wants to maintain it is the long run of the show thanks to the better old concept in sauna room (not the wooden one) before 2012. Sometimes, changing concept is the key reason of so many cancellations in Korean shows

I was laughing a lot during this episode as well. I like the new concept a lot. Before I didn't watch Happy Together at all, but now I feel excited every week to get a new episode of Happy Together. Seongwu is really funny too. I was laughing so damn much. Plus he is cute.

As I look at this version of the show, what's missing is a sense of intimacy. The sauna kept people closer, and the fact that guests wore sauna clothing might have caused them to say things they normally would not say on another talk show. The loss of intimacy has made this version a bit more structured, and safer so guests can play it safe. This makes the show less exciting because there is little chance that they will drop their defenses. The show as it stands has become disinfected...and that's too bad. I don't think it works very well. I see everyone as very stiff.

+Anthony Keller I think so too, would be nice if the hosts and the guests seated in a side-by-side arrangement instead of YJS in a king center, which seems fine, but draws quite a bit of the attention away from the guests (it's possible this is the real intention of the PDs, trying to hang on, too much, on YJS popularity, while I think it's the contrary, they only seem to be dragging his popularity down with them).

I like this new concept! I didn't know who the guests were but I still enjoyed watching this episode. The guests' items prompt interesting stories more easily than if the show were to decide on a topic each episode. I do miss Park Misun though. I think having a female MC would make the show better

i personally like this more than the sauna.. it is more personal and intimate.. it has more substance.. i don't know bae seongwu but i'm amazed that i was very interested in what he has to say and how he is living his life. it makes you reflect your life in general as well.. love the part that jungseok brought his friends over too! if there were more than 2 guests, it would not be easy getting to know a guest more than just what you read online.. i hope they get better ratings in korea so we see more of happy together:)

Such an improvement compare to last week episode. I don't mind the new format. Happy together has been aired for so long, they need new format, plus the rating was low even with the sauna theme =_= So why not make a change ? I think its time for me to stop watching happy together. I really enjoyed all those episodes every week and got to know more celebrities through this show. So I thank KBS for that. And for those who say people should stop complaining, you need to know its not out of hate, its just when you get used to something for a long time it takes time to change it. Especially with this, if I take myself as an example; I started watching this show few years ago because of the format of the talk show in a funny way. Now that its changed i have no reason or interest to watch anymore, so i hope you get that. Wishing the show the best of luck.
