I'm pretty sure that the majority of people who make happy wheels levels do not have a single scrap of imagination. Look at the levels- They're all something that's been done before, but with "epic" in the name.

Well, there are a select few "pros" that make visually stunning (for Happy Wheels standards) maps with innovative ideas. The problem is it takes immense time in development, and the difficulty of surviving these maps are usually much harder. They also take longer time to finish, and don't fit well into highlights. I'm sure Mark has played some great maps that just didn't fit into these videos as well. Some he did would be the Awesome Course series, and the VVVVVV map he played back in the day. :P
