True, I woud move old to 70+ As majority of people just feel fine and look fine in their 60s. Obviously not young, far from it. Health is not perfect. But I would give old to 70-80+ people. Some people look and feel great in that age as well, but I am talking to majority aka general population. 50s is still middle age for sure. 60s is transitional period. Like 30s is transition from young to midleaged.
