Change the diet & the hair will come back. Sugars & breads/flours and other foods eat up our nutrients. Our hair is like a plant we have to feed it the right nutrients so it will grow. Massage small amounts of Rosemary oil on the balding section day & night and will help aid hair growth.

As I licensed professional I would base your hairline first next time. Use a clarifying shampoo not neutralizing shampoo. Also a conditioning shampoo. Too much oil. It clogs the pores. A sponge would be great for your length to add texture. I bought bigen yesterday my first time using it. Thank you for the video 💜

You don't need to fill your hair in ,the best way to do it is get hair mascara, black, and Just use it around the bit that you've lost hair and it will make it look like there's hair
