German Shepherd Puppies, American Staffy Puppies (and so many more) all together on the farm

We were blessed to witness the birth of 3 German shepherd puppies on our farm. Since then we’ve helped foster American Staffy puppies, Great Dane puppies, Aussie Cattle x Husky puppies, Staffy and pittie puppies and so many more, and have watched them grow into adorable adolescent dogs and get adopted out to incredible loving forever homes. Here is a compilation of some of the puppies cutest moments. All in one place. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the burst of cuteness.
The German shepherd Puppies have proven themselves to be incredible surrogate mums for a lot of these foster puppies who had sadly been separated from their mothers at such and early age. Seeing the antics of these puppies as they interact with each other and learn to socialize positively is so heartwarming.

There's just to much cuteness. Seeing all the babies so small and Miss violet/red trying to navigate the herd of pups. Seeing the one aussie that was taken brought tears to my eyes. DDFT(at the time) was incredible to take on all these pups at once and for them to find their forever homes is a true testament of your love and caring for these beauties. This was a great video and many laughs as well, especially Dylan being mobbed by sharp little teeth as well as CP. Well done Ben,the farm for a look down memory puppy lane. 💜🐶❤️ Ps. If you could harness all the energy from the tail wagging, you could generate your own power.😁

This is so wonderful! These puppies have been so lucky to find homes but thousands don't and the Farm can't look after them all! I'm so happy the NSW govt report on puppy mills has been released. It has 18 recommendations which hopefully will be used for planned legislation to stop the cruel practice. One deals with holding breeders responsible for pups with genetic abnormalities caused by overbreeding (Miss Violet, Miss Yellow and Miss Red and Shadow's two stll born pups). BTW I don't live NSW so I don't have anything to do with the legislation so I'm not pushing a political barrow! It'll take years to enact the legislation so the Farm won't run out of squishy puppies, and we can smother the puppies from afar. I watch Ben's video of Django collecting balls then switch to videos of Django now a member of the therapy pack at least twice a week.

Carol, you are so right. No matter how sweet all these puppies are, puppy mills should be closed down, breeding should be regulated. Facilities like The Farm would otherwise be overrun and wouldn't be able to cope. That all these lovely little doggies ended up here and then found homes is sadly not the norm.

Thanks for telling us about the NSW report on puppy mills. The time for every country to do this is long past...but the boom created by people who wanted puppies to see them through lockdown has made it even more urgent. Organized criminals were flying planeloads of puppies (French Bulldogs heavily represented) to North America like they were 'product.' I hope the trickles of legislation turn into an avalanche of sense and compassion. I am boundlessly admiring of people who pick up the pieces, like the Evans and Dee at CCAR. I hope to do my part by fostering cats for some of my local shelters.

I was so pleased to see that there were more than 900 submissions and over 6000 responses to an online questionnaire from the public that were taken into consideration. Really hope that all the 18 recommendations are taken by NSW Government and legislated into law. Long over due when we are now seeing the aftermath of dumped animals after the Covid “adoption” demand with animal rescue and shelters being filled to over capacity.

What a great compilation of the puppy videos....love it! There has been nothing new from the farm in two days I'm having 'Farm withdrawel fever', so the best part of the day I have been watching old videos which mainly included all the puppies. Love it when they were all on the trampoline, Lily standing by, she wasn't a farm dog then but she was at the farm so often you would never have known she wasn't an Evans! The last video I watched today was Shadow's litter being moved from her in her room, to the house puppy room in that cardboard box, they were so sweet, Miss Pink was a howler those first few days away from the mum and their familiar room and bed. The aussie shepherds so cute too, sad though when you see the puppy that was stolen and poor Mr Yellow who seemed as healthy as the others but sadly passed away, aaawww. Funny watching Dylan trying to walk along the grass without stepping on a puppy, then he runs and they all run with him, aaww. I miss the puppies on the farm with their llittle life jackets on and seeing the water in the dam for the first time., all the puppy piling, and just how cute and small Rosie, Matilda and Banjo were! Thanks this has to be my favourite, I do hope everything is okay at the farm I worry when I don't see anything!

Seeing the pups that are still part of The Farm family in some way (family pack, adopted by Jason, therapy pack) grow into wonderful teenage/young adult dogs is wonderful. Their socialization and training has enabled them to become even tempered, playful, athletic, social, respectful and much loved dogs. Congrats to all those who have touched their lives in some way!
