You can store veggies in your kitchen towels , they stay good if properly dried before storing , this also reduces the use of paper towels to a large extent , just a suggestion , have been following this for a couple of years now , lovely vlog as usual , loved your jacket , really a smart choice , I got to check that at my nearby Costco now.🙂

As usual very nice video Suchi. I am happy that the kids gave up some part of their prize money to buy you something. But would have been happier if even Daddy got a small one. The ghughni is my favourite as well but make it with onion Ginger garlic if and only if we do it with mutton kheema or very small boneless pieces, else it is with hing jeera adrak tomatoes. I am new to canada and was watching your vlogs like from 3-4 years. You cook amazing food but don’t you think all our time goes in making, cleaning the mess after cooking food? How do you manage it all by yourself I am still overwhelmed with this. With work it becomes too much but Indian cooking demands too much time 😃

Totally agree that Indian cooking is not easy, and then the messy kitchen after cooking. I am in the u.s. since 38 years and I still get fed up with Indian style cooking. Tried switching to many other easy cuisines, but my taste buds want big and bold flavors that only Indian cooking can give me.

Actually u all are at wrong place..either become completely American or Canadian if u have left or stay at ur own country..Indians rahenge bahar lekin chahiye sab kuch India ka, food, festivals, Indian communities n all..if u have chosen the other country then follow their food, culture, people, festivals..do naavo me pair rakhne se you won't be able to sail through properly 😊

Hi there.. I am from USA California… ❤❤I know it’s some time overwhelming… week days in our home we only make simple recipes, we do cook little extra food… Next day I don’t cook … Cooking is not only thing… lots of other things laundry, cleaning … make a to do list.. every day cleaning not more than 30 minutes… And don’t forget to take a break and have some me time … ❤

Meal prep is the key to have yummy home made Indian food and involve ur family members in cooking, cleaning, and laundry etc. Try to do as much as u can during weekends. All these tips helped me doing 5- nightshifts in a week sometimes with only single night off. U have to be proactive all the time otherwise u will end up having outside meals. Hope it helps. Come up with easy recipes and don't make different things for everyone in ur family.
