Ben is a nice guy, but every time he opens his mouth you can tell why he was never at the very top. A top player wouldn't need the manager to tell them that having a blowout Christmas party when they are on a losing streak is not the done thing, whereas he is trying to come up with a plan for the right time to ask the manager.
