Amazing grit to push through this terrain! I for one will not be attempting the AT anytime. My heart lies with higher, more open terrain 🏔️

Sometimes I think I'm looking at Hero-Adventurer from a novel. I'm so glad your strength has endured, and your spirit determined, fearless. Yet you are fore sightful, careful and your Guardian Angel is right by you side. Take Care super congratulations for enduríng. Can't wait for the movie edition of your journey 🦸

Wow...Glad you survived! How did you deal with the wet clothes then? Did you change them and carry the wet cloth, or was there a way to get it all dry? Peace

They dry pretty quick, it's no problem

As an avid watcher of extreme kayaking I can say that I hoped you didn't try walking through that. Happy you didn't get swept down stream! I'm sure that adrenaline rush stuck with you for a good while.

You are super athletic and super strong. If these last few hundred miles are a major challenge for you, how can I hope to hike this?

Well you'll go through in the summer, it's hard but not nearly this treacherous. You can do it!

Be careful out there. Strength and courage are great but can be deadly too. Wishing you the best.

Hooooly shit I didn’t realize the situation for our wildland fire fighters! Thanks for educating us. With wildfires getting worse and worse every year surely they’ll be compensated better in the future right?? That just doesn’t seem right at all…
