Hey the little sticker you where referring to is a elrs sticker you could put it on a quad so you know it has elrs in it

Thanks for the overview! Man, I'm on the fence with this thing. I don't like that the internal ELRS version of the Zorro is capped at 250mw, but I also don't want to be messing around with another cord and external battery. Any idea what the battery life is with internal battery and Dynamic Power on? Currently using a TX16s with AG01's and Happymodel Pro and interesting in trying the quads with the Zorro and sticking to the TX16 for fixed wing.

I had taken amp draw measurements of the internal multi module in this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqLJopx9rbKreJI I don't know how long the internal batteries would last with an Elrs module though. Although, I have yet to run my Slim over 100mw. 1000 or even 500mw seems excessive. If I can get ahold of one and pull an amp reading from it, I'll let you know. If you can find the amp draw, in my "AMP DRAW" video I show the math equation...🍻

@@propsoff After I replied, I ordered the ELRS version 😄 The 250mw output with dynamic power will be plenty for what I use it for. If I ever do something long range that needs more, it'll be fixed wing and use the TX16 anyway. Thanks!

@@TheLostSquadron I've flown really far with 100mw. There's actually a really interesting data sheet on ExpressLRS' website. They collected range tests from users all over the world and some have reported going the distance! The range from the internal module should be fine. I fly my 7inch ripper with my Zorro. I plan on selling all my other radios (I quit helis and planes due to cost). I'm really liking this compact versatile radio 4shO...🍻

I am unaware of any Lua script for ACCESS protocol. To the best of my knowledge, ACCESS protocol is proprietary to FRsky only. However, don't take my word for it because I don't own the R9M system or any FRsky ACCESS product..

To the best of my knowledge, it does give you the extra option to use Expresslrs receivers.

My pleasure.. The USB is for firmware update but I'm unaware of any available.. They should have a configuration for it.. I apologize, been a bit and I haven't checked to see if they ever got one out...🍻

@@propsoff still waiting on delivery, Monday according to tracker. So, ext.module has 2.0.0 elrs version, same version as "already " on zorro remote, in regards to LAU script, doesn't need updating? Big believer of "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Seen lots of chat groups on FB regarding problems updating. And assuming that I put this ext.module on a boxer, I can load 2.0.0. lua script to run it. As pocket comes with v3.3.0 standard.(internal) I'll relabel them vvvv2 and v3 to make sure I load up correct version. Then I can battery cycle bind all my quads, which isn't hard. Less computer programming the better. Otherwise it's partitioner in between 2.5.2 and 3.0.0. That's my understanding for the tx only. Rx okay, no partitioner needed. Let you know how I go. @paulr3556 I tried running 2 versions of Elrs, it's a pain to manage - which receiver and what quad... Just go with the latest version. The biggest thing to know is that everything has to be on the same version. That's where to start..

I highly dought it. I've forgot my antenna at a race and it wasn't till I failsafed during the second heat that I realized. Does it get excessively hot now?
