I recently had an opportunity to harvest bamboo shoots with Takasu and Mieko-san.. Although Takasu makes digging very easy, it’s not easy to do😅 However, it was a fun experience and Mieko-san was a very kind and patient. If you ever get an opportunity to harvest bamboo shoots, please try it!! I also tasted the bamboo shoots bread at un…. It was “Uma!!”❤ Thank you Sanae-san for your generosity 😊 JD❤
