OUCH! Charlotte, the cards in pile 3 handed me my whole ass! I am not having fun anymore. Pile 3: I churned at a little of that, but really it's a point well taken that in resisting the flow of that energy in myself I had made the obsessive aspects of this worse, and have prevented myself from finding harmony with it... right at the end, I actually just heard, "Don't fight her right now, she is coming closer to you." Which I think is referring to those artificial barriers I tried to make within myself, because it can be a little maddening sometimes when someone you never see or hear from for so long can persist so powerfully in your thoughts and energy. Even knowing that certain behaviors are stemming from fear, much like a need for control often does, it can still be hard to remedy them when you've pushed yourself outside of the comfort that you can only really find within. The thing that stood out for me here was how it reminded me that I was still judging myself for the attention and energy I feel drawn to place on this situation, and that doing so was just creating more resistance and confusion for me. There might be things that resonate differently for you and your situation here, as it is a general reading. I really can't answer those questions for you, as much as I empathize. What I've been trying to do for myself is make peace with it within myself, trying not to focus on an outcome. Clarity can feel impossible when you're in that head space. How do you become more comfortable in the not knowing? What are you processing and what do you still need to process on an emotional level that can give you a little room to breathe, a little more stillness in the mind, quiet those fears? Giving him every opportunity and loving him wholeheartedly along the way. After one too many chances i finally woke up. Pile 1. At least I knew it wouldn’t work, fought beyond deceptive limerence; broke free from the delusion created by extreme chemistry. I attempted to stay calm and fair. I like your concept of loving one’s shadow and the deeper psychological concepts. But his manipulation, off and on bread crumbing, game playing, his lack of responsive communication, and lying were stressful and ultimately crushing. Yet I remained calm with him tho he stressed me the hell out. I love that I was able to be angry and walk away from this caustic energy. But he never really saw my anger as I knew he wouldn’t be able to handle it or understand it as he lacked empathy, or just ruthless. Yes, I left him back in February. I had to be free. I stated that I can’t continue with this (friends with benefits), good luck with everything, peace. The man would never understand my love, acknowledge my love, accept my love. He devalued me and it broke my heart! He was not a friend to me because he lied⚡️to me. Learn the law of you get what you give! But he’d never get it, lest he grows into more understanding as he moves along his path. Yea, I loved him but I had to love ME before him so that he didn’t bury me under his dark pile he seemed to be burying me under. Not an easy thing to do! I went cold when he finally repeated the same dismissive ruthless attitude with me, a third time, so yea, my ego and hackles shot up, and my heart went cold. I walked, thank God, to save myself. As I was trying to heal and do the shadow work after leaving, I got mad at him daily, and I forgave him daily, on purpose, to heal from this. I want to be the best for all in my life who do not try to remove my light, but contribute to me, to others, hence contributing to all people in “our” lives, otherwise it won’t fly and had to stop! And if that is my shadow, I do love and celebrate HER! By God! But I’m ready to return to my kindness, to my true heart. One word “unworkable”.
