Preh´s first-to-market solution in the automotive industry allows the use of standard displays on dashboard and center stack. This is possible due to a patented bonding process for cut-free mounting of haptic rotary knobs on touchscreens. This opens up various HMI-design possibilities, e.g., using more than one rotary knob on larger touchscreens. Moreover, functionality upgrades can be implemented via over-the-air-updates.
