This is truly melt in mouth. I made it yesterday but also added broccoli to it because it would've gone to waste otherwise. I also replaced breadcrumbs with sooji also for coating and it worked well. I didn't deep fry. I shallow fried and it still tasted really good. I didn't add any water at any step. It didn't take me very long to make either. Must try!

Its really nice... I hv tried n md earlier...less potatoes...blanch n sqeeze n chop spinach...more of roasted besan ...dash of lemon juice...reast the same..on tawa or fried..tastes awsome n kebabi..lovely

Tried the recipe. Turned out awesome 👍😊😊. Got the restaurant style taste. Only one thing I changed. When I tried to fry these it got spread all over the oil. Then I tried shallow fry without breadcrumbs on tawa and they were just like ordered from restaurant. Thanks for the recipe. Your recipes are awesome.
