I have subscribed one and only KZbin channel..Drktv....I have experienced symptoms of depression+Anxiety+panic attack...and have also experienced chronic fatigue during anxiety/depression....I have taken medicine for 8 months for my condition...now I have stopped medication and relying on mind relaxation teqniques...I have been getting best support from your side to overcome my symptoms... Low Electrolyte level also causes weakness. People must focus on Sodium intake to increase electrolyte level. Use Himalayan salt with water.

1. Take anti depression medicine. Eg. Zoloft, Prozac. Etc and ask doctor to increase the dose slowly. ( see a good doctor) Do not buy over the counter medicine. 2. Walk and exercise help. 3. B12 Vitamin. 4. Talk and conversations with someone close and trusted. May be mother, father or friend. 4. Sleep good for 8 hours. 5. Eat walnuts

Antidepressants se kam faida aur nuksan bahut zada hota hai, inka upyog 4 se 5 mahine tak hi karna chahiye, warna neuro se related bimari start ho jati hai, bahut se case psychiatrist logo ne antidepressants lagatar de kar bigade hain, yahan tak ki parkisonism tak ki samasya aa jati hai. Depression ka karan pata karo phir usko door karo, aap ke dimag ke galat soch ka ilaj dava kbhai nahi ho sakti hai us soch ko himmat ke sath badlo. Aap ke ghar aur doston ka aap ko poora support milna chahiye.

नमस्कार डॉक्टर साहब नमस्कार।। सर आज आपने बहुत अच्छी बात है बताई सर आपकाबहुत बहुत शुक्रिया। सर मेरी समस्या है कि मुझे किताब पढ़ते समय पूजा करते वक्त बैठे बैठे बात करते करते झपकी आने लगती है। रात को हर आधे 1 घंटे में नींद खुलती रहती है साउंड स्लीप नहीं आती है मेरा बीपी लो रहता है 2.2 लगभग विटामिन डी की कमी भीहै डॉक्टर साहब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए आप अपने सुझाव दीजिएगा प्लीज थैंक यू सर। और मेरा मोटापा भी बढ़ रहा है मैं वेजिटेरियन हूं।

What about sleep apnea? A person keeps feeling sleepy all day and tired because the cells dont get oxygen while sleeping because of lack of REM or deep sleep.
