It's just appropriate that all individuals be prepared to enjoy rights and privileges according to age and status in family, at the same time, be prepared for executing their duties as per their age, all the time conscious that everything is a cycle, and we will fit into each stage eventually. But by respecting and recognising each other's situation at different stages, society will be rid of many evils, like creches, old age homes.
