I'm going to be honest I'm from Mexico, and men, Simon really sound like a little princess Mexican street food is the best And for personal experience, there are a lot more bugs and cockroachs in the Mexican Subways and McDonald's than in the street food business So, yeah, enjoy.

As well as obviously for the sights I can otherwise only see through a monitor at home but that's beside the point now :D And by the way, more often than not foreign foods are 'localized' so they're not exactly like how they do it in their respective countries where they originate from. For example a Chinese would not agree that what we call Chinese food over here is Chinese food. Cause it's altered for the tastebuds and customs of the locals.

Fork Larsen Street food isn’t the only option in India. I travelled India for almost a year and have been to more parts of the country than most Indians. They have plenty of amazing restaurants, food halls, markets with fresh produce and different food places. Definitely not just food stalls. I’ve never liked food stools much you get hardly any option, I prefer when I’m in other countries to order a small amount of everything in a place to try it all.

I used to own a food to go restaurant in a small shopping center. The center has about 15 shops next to each other. Guys I think stomach bugs and parasites like tapeworms or other worms are nasty af. These guys are so oblivious to it, he eats with his hands right after handling money, food vendors handle their food with their bare hands and I think water in Mexico is unsafe in all of Mexico or most areas. That is the most silly thing I have heard. You think people travel just for food? Maybe you do, but most others don't. I have been to Colombia 3 times and never tried their national dish - Bandeja Paisa. I have been to Peru 2 times and hated their Loma Saltodo and Ceviche and just stuck to Western Cuisine. People go to Peru to enjoy cities like Cusco and historical sites like Macchu Picchu, not to eat food. Similarly, people go to Colombia to enjoy the historic towns, the beautiful women, not to mention the very excellent local cocaine. No one gives 2 shits about food. In fact, you dont feel hungry on cocaine at all. I personally love Mexico and Mexican food, but this dude Simon doesnt, his choice, maybe he finds it weird or unhygenic. Theres plenty of amazing towns and beaches to visit in Mexico, maybe thats his priority. If all you want to do is eat and shit, then just better stay at home and order uber eats, no need to travel.

I'm Mexican and British. I can say this, out of all the meals my British Grandma made, 75% of them were Mexican (and amazing), maybe 10% were English (and were ok, but she often used non-traditional spices and mixed things up), and the rest was baking, because grandmas gotta make cookies. No one makes tamales like my grandma did, but I also won't turn away eggs and soldiers for breakfast.
