Harapaki Wind Farm is all go, and delivering for NZ

Harapaki Wind Farm is now fully commissioned and pumping out full power! 💪
Harapaki is our newest wind farm, on the Maungaharuru Range north of Napier. Its 41 turbines can generate 176MW - that’s enough to power roughly 70,000 homes, or approximately all of Hawke’s Bay!

Now, in order for the wind turbines to generate electricity, there has to be the ever-present wind velocities; of which is easier said than done in global warming-ridden Planet Earth.
