What's up with all the comments judging the Posek Hador in regards to wearing a Mask etc?!? It's inappropriate AND this footage was taken on Feb. 3rd, before Covid-19 hit the U.S.! (I deleted some of the disturbing comments.)

Sorry I am leaving comment here. But it is so fascinating that how a rabbi supervising the progress of the work carefully, and how other gentlemans caring the rabbi. This a terrific show of integrity and being together. Nowadays, such accompanying and respect is so rare. God bless you and good luck

After watching how the various Artscroll books are printed in this video, I now have a better appreciation of the book I bought last year. It may be expensive, but it is well worth it. I have the large, embossed Chumash. (05-04-2023) I did notice that they also print the Talmud as well. I like that the printing facility is very clean and organized. I never realized that the images on the edges of the pages were hand-stamped. I aways thought it was a machine. This makes each and every book unique. I understand why it is called an ArtScroll. Each book is a work of art on its own. Even if a digital copy comes out, I will still keep the ArtScroll physical edition. The look on the Rebbe's face when the two ladies where stamping the edges of the pages, you can see the amazement in his eyes. That itself the the beauty to observe.

I miss rebbe so much he looks like he's in pain when he's walking but the love for klal yisroel just kept him going and it looks like the love for other yidden was completely selfless in everything

Thanks Y B! This was fascinating! Honestly, I don't know how things don't get mixed up... Looked like so many different Seforim being worked on at the same time... Looked a bit unorganized. (And why not more Yiddishe workers?)

I'll point out that this was taken shortly after they moved in, it's possible not everything was in order yet. We also didn't go in order of the actual process, which may seem funny. It wasn't intended for recording and publicizing... I'm gracious that Artscroll allowed me to share it with the world anyway.

@@yb123 Why does he need to be on video? As far as I'm aware he wouldn't want thousands to be viewing this, it just furthers the narrative that some Gedolim are out of touch with how they are "marketed".
@yb1234 жыл бұрын
@@shem442 Need?! In regards to your marketing point, Artscroll didn't use him to market. Not only didn't they not publicize his visit, I was even asked not to share the pictures and videos at the time. I don't work for them and I didn't release this video until after he was Nifter (with written permission from Artscroll). It's important to see gedolim, learn from how they interact and react, learn from their way of speaking and what they say. All that aside, he was happy to make everyone happy. He didn't mind the videoing and pictures (he didn't seek it either), if it would make people happy.
