nice setup, and it looks like its working well. one thing you want to think about is maybe going w a bigger filter canister, the smaller ones dont have that much surface area and will clog quickly, leading to having to clean them out more often. That will quickly impair the suction side (it will only move as much air in as it can push out).

Ok... I've been to several places looking for similar filters, and the cheapest I've found is $70 for a single filter. Am I missing something?

can U run outlet directly into sealed bucked with out filter or bag??

No, because the air has to go somewhere. It's like how if you put a 2 inch fitting over the outflow, it weakens the strength of the inflow because it's not able to push enough air out. And while gravity might assist, it won't be enough

Anyone have this that can tell me how hot their motor gets? Mine is new, but after 4 minutes running with no restrictions, the housing was 137°F. Anyone else have their get this hot? It seems they changed it and gave it a weaker motor.

cool build, but gotta downvote for not supplying ANY information on what filter those are and completely ignoring everybody in the comments who have asked. I'm calling bullshit on a "$10 filter" until proven otherwise.

These small filters are not rated to pull out the small dust that is so harmful to our lungs.
