On the torque wrenches, I think the numbers might have updated to be slightly more truthful. I use Inkzalls quite a bit, but the Sharpie-branded work markers are good, too. Maybe HF should hit their markers with a bit of Pittsburgh Orange.

That could be the case. I'm on the website all the time so it was kind of interesting to see they just subtly swap over with little fan fare. Outside of the 5 Year Warranty graphic you wouldn't really pick up on much without the older gen product right beside it. We ran Sharpie a long time, but went thru a spell where we couldn't get them, and wound up with the Milwaukee ones. I don't know if we had the industrial grade Sharpies tho...I know the really big tip ones were something special, but I think the other were just standard...been awhile and I honestly don't remember. Man, any color at all would be appreciated on the HF ones. Maybe their goal is to make them easier to lose so you wind up buying more, haha.

My momma has a few of the Irwin clamps,a set of DeWalt and a few Stanley Bostitch sets of clamps

Lol...precisely why I was finally cutting some down. Glad I held off on these. I have the Ridgid box from a drill/driver set that is probably 10 years old now. No clue why I tend to keep them past the point of utility.

Take your neon orange or yellow hi lighter and go over the harbor freight logos and that should make them easier to see if you have to hunt for for them...

I used a silver metallic sharpie for labeling burnt CDs

I still run CDs, lol. I like the silver for marking EDP coated metal.

@@lonestarmopars me too I've bought a few mechless Bluetooth stereos and in bad weather it's useless, my physical media my CDs work every time it is inserted in the dodge ram factory style am fm CD player cassette tape player stereo the infinity setup even though those speakers had been long since hacked out of the truck the front doors on mine came from, still doesn't care if it's raining snowing no Bluetooth signal needed it just works

seing that irwing yall know and have wolfcraft ?! i´m always suspecious about plastic stuff but german wolfcraft realy lasts u long and well ! i know bessey is very good gladly i restored and inherited enough old screw wood clamps 150mm and up even :D

Yeah, those Irwin clamps are actually pretty solid. I'd like to try the Wolfcraft stuff. Bessey is pretty well known over here and big with wood workers.

Ive um been on the other side of that issue you know that guy that continues to hammer impact in the self tappers ive gotten two vehicles with snapped off head self tappers and I got the task especially the patched floor pans of locking vise grips on and taking them out of the floor so they didn't poke through my shoes lol

I have the first issue of the Bauer now there's 3 different versions plus 3/8 didn't exist yet and mine are not compact or brushless...as ive said $67 dollars for the drill 1/2 inch kit when it came out and the 1/2 inch Dr impact gun tool only was $87

Yeah, and HF often upgrades the Bauer line before the Hercules. I've nearly bought Bauer a few times, but have held off due to not having to deal with another battery. They FINALLY have the Hercules jigsaw coming...

@@lonestarmopars well if you remember I've mentioned my having to replace over 65 percent of my tools after my late younger brother's wife left, well part of that was a low use craftsman 18v 1/2 inch drill and impact Dr combo and a well used 14.4 v craftsman 1/2 inch drill and that's is what the Bauer stuff for now replaced

my parkside batteries and tools all have manufacture dates and serial numbers .. cant scam them :D i warrantied one 20v 4ah , then figured u can jump the old one with the new one so it was charging again fckng win :D !

Never heard of them...I will check. KC Tool started carrying Pica...Id' never heard of them...apparently they were already well known with wood workers.

You can get pretty good deals on those...this entry level model they rarely discount. I've been happy with it. The Auto mode is pretty nice.

It is definitely a smell you don't forget. I kind of think a local office supply store sold them, which is why work had so many, but it was sad to see them go. I guess the King Size Sharpie is the successor, but that striped barrel was iconic.

Yep, still have a few HF in the queue. Haven't caught any good sales recently. I think I have up thru 68 or so ready to go tho. That is a pretty cool design on the VIM! I've never had anything from Wurth...kind of hard to find over here.
