Evan Jimenez I would say he focuses the leg that is closest to the puck. He doesn’t put as much emphasis on the lean of the leg when he does the shot. (If you are referring to the drill Coach Jeremy did a couple of days ago for McDavid) The drill consisted of having both feet wide, feet facing the net, a low stance, and using that top hand to maneuver the puck the right or the left side of the net. It’s really just a drill on getting that puck up into the roof of the net, quickly. Quick Snappy motions, but probably getting a bit more power with that lean where the leg is closest to the puck.
