Salam Sister! Bohat informative vlog ha.My son is also having same symptoms high grade fever and leg pain. I was also assuming it is viral flu etc but when we visit doctor he gave Dengue test and CBC. Which was unfortunately positive and his Platelets were decreasing we have to admit him.So be careful and do visit any physician
