Everyone saying she’s overeating need to realize that every child is different. Some have bigger appetites than others. If she wasn’t hungry she wouldn’t eat 🤷🏻♀️ Not to mention she looks perfectly healthy. I enjoy your videos please keep them coming and ignore the haters 😃👍

Diets and metabolisms are different, true. My gf is Viet and she eats "all the time." Also, she's very petite. So...people are different. Like, I'm pushing 200lbs, but I'd honestly be maybe overly full, if not miserable, eating all that in a day. Lol. But sometimes eating consistently can workout your metabolism, especially with exercise.

I am in a masters program and taking a nutrition course this summer. For an assignment we needed to observe a toddler's eating habits. I just wanted to say thank you for providing this video. It helped me a lot. You are doing an amazing job from the knowledge I have in ensuring she is getting a great balance of nutrients. She seems to have a great relationship with a variety of nutrient dense foods. For those saying that she overeating she is in probably the second phase of the most growth she will experience in her entire life, she needs everything she is getting. I'm also impressed and almost shocked by how much she did eat as I don't have children and thought all toddlers would be picky eaters. Thanks again!

She is doing a great job feeding her. My personal opinion is that you have to just be careful to not feed constantly, she needs to have a schedule let`s say, eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner... otherwise if she eats all the time, she is not having time to digest each food and give her stomach a break. I have a toddler too, I kind of did that sometimes but then I realized he needs a schedule... I don`t want him eating all the time and just think about food all the time. Just my humble opinion! :)

Here in France taking a snack between each meal is already considered eating constantly. There is ONE snack--in the afternoon. Digestion takes 3-4 hours so a snack between breakfast and lunch means the stomach is not emptying! That is not healthy.
@sabrinaya234 жыл бұрын
Daiana Duarte I’m sure you don’t have to watch the whole video to see that A. The feedings are on time and in appropriate portions according to her age and weight B. The serving portions may seem large to you (which btw I think are just what they should be) but the child only picks and eats a portion of the serving. The rest is mostly put away in a container in the fridge.

People are saying she eats a lot, but if you notice a lot of the food goes to waste. She picks around at her food and only eats what she wants most. My son is 13 months and he eats 3 meals and 1 snack, but he finishes his whole meal so I think he actually consumes more then her.

Your daughter is beautiful... not sure if you have older children, but with past experience if you don’t have a food schedule... ie breakfast, small snack, lunch, snack, dinner... they will have food issues when older. I saw a lot of food, made into different ways, maybe only give her smaller portions so she eats it all, and not give so many times through the day, she was given more food than myself and my daughter eat in a day 😳 Not judging, mother to mother xo

I don't understand the negative comments. Get a life people! She's having several light meals, so what? As long as she's healthy and the foos is healthy why not? Like you really think that after cucumbers and hummus she wouldn't be hungry an hour later? Haven't you negative mama's ever put a full plate for your kid and they ate it over the course of several hours?
@ryanocerus78535 жыл бұрын
It is mostly fruit and fiber. What do people think is gonna happen in just a couple hours? Lol. Also, it can keep a metabolism going. Lots of East Asian people have very fast metabolisms. Let alone, this also teaches at an early age to not be a picky eater and appreciate all sorts of food. I was a "dry Cheerios and candy" kid. Haha! My first cuisine I made myself was a ketchup sandwich. Or "ketchup hotdog" if you look at it being only one slice folded.

For people who are critical of how often she eats, she seems really healthy. It doesnt appear shes eating more than she needs. Some babies graze and some eat on a schedule. My 19mo old is in daycare so eats mostly on schedule during the week. I do put out snacks and a water or milk on the weekends for him to graze if he wants in between meals. How do you know when its time to fold up the high chair and get a baby table?

I switched my daughter to a toddler table and toddler bed at 18 months old, when she learned how to climb up and down the sofa by herself - so it was easy to teach her to climb in/out bed and chair (with the chair she still needs a little help as it's a bit too high still - she's a shorty 🤣)

Firstly can I mention that you can feed your child however much. Whatever you like! You know your child better than anyone else & if your child is anything like mine she eats small but regularly however she can also go without the snacks throughout day if we are out. If my girlie wants some food I’m gonna give it to her this can range from a biscuit to a banana, something a smoothie or sometimes a yoghurt! My girl can EAT! Which is shocking because I don’t at all! All moms love seeing the child eat s aslong a it’s not just chocolate and sweets you good! So every stfu , feed your child how you want it doesn’t mean your way is the right way!
