A more far fetched but kinda possible reference for Ky with Magnola Eclair is that it might also be a reference to the song "Magnola Forever" by Claude François, a French-Egyptian artist, due to Ky's nationality in the series. However, I say far fetched because the genre of Claude François is disco french variety, something quite far away from the usual genre that both Guilty Gear uses and references. But hey, I'm french, I love Guilty Gear and since Ky is french, I like the idea that Daisuke may have referenced an old french song just for the sake of it.

Heaven or Hell is also the name of an Enuff Z'nuff song. Slash might also refer to slash chords where you use your thumb to create a bass note. However, Slash himself is probably named after that :P Baiken's original theme, Momentary Life, is an almost beat for beat parody of Musashi's Yamato Suite #4, more famous as the entrance music of wrestler TAKA Michinoku. Copyright is super tight on that song though. The title, although likely a complete and total coincidence, resembles those of the Pink Floyd album and song, Momentary Lapse of Reason, Signs of Life. Then again, she's got pink hair...
