Love the outfit that is.... I remember my mom mentioning the hard and soft ball stage too...and I was just a kid...you know I never tried to make alot of her recipes ....I don't know why....people used to cook more then...I guess they're too busy now

Any Aussie’s who are watching we call the sugar that’s got a brown haze is raw sugar you can also get it in caster sugar and I find that raw sugar is a lot sweeter than white sugar

You have to use flavor OILS, not extracts. Look online. Recipes will tell you the correct type of flavoring to use.

We kept ours up for an entire year once and had the kids decorate it differently each month, the Halloween tree was the coolest!
