I'm glad too, if Whitey haven't mentioned his tragic past to Eleanor, he never would've lost his temper at him and snaps at him saying that he'll never win "The All Star Patch" because no one knew he existed

No one in Dukesberry seemed to really care about Whitey until Davey stood up for him and made everyone realize how much he had helped them all throughout his life

@@Richard-r2h4w I did watch the flashbacks of how everyone was treating Whitey at a young age, I felt bad for Davey and Whitey, from what I'm seeing, those two are best friends

This scene is upsetting for the fact that whitey has for 35 years worked hard for the community and done so much for others he is robbed of this award. This award meant that whitey efforts and all the worked was noticed and people are thankful for him. But him not getting it literally means what davey said “no one know you even exist” whitey hard work dedication and humble nature is ignored and no one cares 😭😭😭
