HARD WEEKEND DRIVING(R56 MINI COOPER S) STRAIGHT PIPE EXHAUST + HIGHWAY PULLS!!!

Decided to take out my 2012 Mini Cooper S since I haven’t really driven it in the past couple of weeks and decided to have some fun with her 😀 Highway pulls start at 3 minutes! More highway pulled at 6:25! Exhaust clips at 4:35!

Lol it just wasn't taken care of too well throughout its life. You must've been my good luck charm because it just sold after months! Was leaking / burning all fluids and everything needed repairs. But it was definitely the most fun car I've ever owned! Loved the backfire and tight suspension

Does the burble tune come on the stage 1 manic tune or is it an add on?

IF you the the n18 engine whether you’re stock stage 1 or stage 2 you’ll get flames and the pops but if you have the n14 engine then you need a stage 2 tune to be able to achieve the pops and bangs and such on stage 1 no bbq mode with an open exhaust you’ll get some pops and bangs here and there’s on decel but no consistently

You will get a check engine light for no cats if you aren’t tuned. A tune will eliminate the light

I have an R56 as well and am considering straight piping mine. i do however worry about emissions(not environmentally just passing).
