LOVE this song.......it`s so much better than the original ! I can`t make it the whole way through, without crying, thinking about my younger brother, that I lost in a motorcycle accident 22 months ago today. So for me, this is a beautifully sad song, that I can`t quit playing. I wish Karl and I had seen these guys together. We loved our concerts together, and had just come off the road from seeing Live music the day before the accident. From time to time over the years, I have listened to Todd Snyder. Recently I have gotten into his music the way some people get into Dylan or Springsteen. I’m only now just beginning to realize his greatness. He is a songwriter’s songwriter. Here he shows that he is not a novelty performer, but a brilliant singing performer in every sense. This is stunning and magical.
