Believe it or not hearing this was the first trigger (of many) that got me to finally give homestuck a real shot. I read the beginning a couple times over the years and it didn't appeal to me, but knowing it got this fucking rad eventually started getting me thinking. I saw some examples of some of the later character designs, animations, more music, and had a couple friends that really wanted me to give it more of a try, so I finally did... and I was *not* disappointed. I'm in Act 5 - 2 now and it's probably my favorite thing ever.

Since I can't reply directly, I just want to state that GCAT is indeed in the MEOW part of "[S] Jack: Ascend" and there is a very good reason for this. DNA has (among other things) 4 basic forms of nitrogen-containing compounds: guanine (G), cytosine (C), adenine (A), and thymine (T). Not that I'm saying it's not interesting that GCAT becomes a thing later on, but it was literally meant to be a genetic code.
