Live from Staples Center, Los Angeles. League of Legends Season 3 World Championship 2013.
Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit / Black Light Burns), collaborated with Riot Games to develop "Hybrid Worlds", theme song for the LoL S3 World Championships.
Borland performed live for this event on October 4, 2013, along with The Crystal Method on keys & samplers, Tina Guo on Electric Cello and fellow Black Light Burns alumni Danny Lohner (Nine Inch Nails) on bass & Joe Letz (Combichrist) on drums.

Still the best League of Legends World's Opening Ceremony ever! I did not know ahead of time that Wes was going to be there but as soon as I heard the first notes I instantly knew it was him and I got so excited! I love Limp Bizkit (they get a lot of hate but idc) so this was such a treat! Bringing my favorite game and one of my favorite artists together. And that chick on the electric cello was such a badass! Eargasmic performance and so incredibly epic!!!

this is really one of the best worlds songs. its so unique. it merges electronic, cinematic and metal sounds.... now they just release kpop everysingle year. the best thing is that they didnt even push this song to the public. the only studio version of this is on RUSSIAN LOL CHANNEL LMAO

Where the hell is Valve's budget for Dota's Ti budget going!? No Wes Borland + Orchestra shredding and melting faces at the Dota world championship opening haha. Just taking the piss honestly, I love Wes and what he brings to the table, but this actually looks like their budget for the opening was less than many of the Ti opening ceremonies I've seen (as mindblowingly epic as it is, not taking anything away from this!).

conductor does more than just giving the tempo.. But in this case, I guess it´s just show - which obv. this is all about you know ;)

@@aufd1 I guess they help express the feel of the music as well. When you have such a large group of musicians, you have to keep them in sync on tempo as well as dynamics. They likely can’t hear each other very well. I’m sure you’re right that in this case, it’s just for show or at least what they are used to.

Dude is so incredible. It is such a fucking shame that he didn't waste his talent with Fred Durst. The worst Black Light Burns song is better than 100% of anything LB ever did. He should stick solo but unfortunately people have terrible taste and he can't make a living with BLB.
