Building a Swanky Pizza Oven in 4 Days from Sand and Clay

#shorts We had a cob oven building workshop and built this pizza oven being used to bake artisan pizza at Sweetwater Farm in Tampa, Florida. The workshop took about 4 days and we were able to build the oven and foundation in that time. This is a preview of longer videos to come on my channel.

The white brick used in the hearth and floor is fire brick, so yes, it's special high temp brick.

The glass bottles are for insulation under the floor of the stove. I'll be posting more extensive videos soon explaining more of the process and eventually I'll have an online class available.
