It's not a good NC level though. The whole point of nine circles levels is to be super epileptic and hard to see because of how flashy it is. It has the same problem as most modern NC levels that way.

This level is probably the best NC extreme in this game at the moment. It’s just extremely well done; if SWR got epic this one deserves it as well. Top 3 NC extremes for me would be The Hallucination, Aerial Gleam, and either CoCy or SWI (based on deco mainly).

I played this myself for a bit and man- this is INSANELY hard. Like it looks so much easier than it is… But i love the deco of this. For me, it looks better than Sonic Wave Infinity, which is kinda crazy considering its decoed by one person.

I know the comment comes in late but I played a practice Run of this myself and it was absolutely nuts. 2,5 years ago Arctic Lights was number 11 on the list and there I also did a practice Run, although both levels are difficult the difference between the two is monstrous. It's crazy how fast the list is progressing.

The thing with there being alot of not visible gameplay is, that this is a muscle memory level that does not relie on sight reading. Its not as bad as you say it is really. Again who am I to jugde when my hardest is an insane demon.

Personally I like the desaturated style, it brings out an emphasis on design and effects instead of relying more heavily on color. Don't get me wrong I like color, but the darker colors make for some nice atmosphere and accentuate different parts of the level than a brighter color scheme would. I think as a stylistic choice it's 100% valid and a style I would like to see more of.

The most interesting part about this level is the producer of this music is from Djjaner, most NC levels are from rukkus on nk, but this one took a different route and that's what makes this level really unique.
