Literally and PPV or Wrestler. Be sure to keep tallies of everyone's wins. A point system could even be implemented. Such as a quiz for every PPV. In this case the lesser PPV quizes could be worth more due to the fact that they are less memorable. So x amount of points for and A tier, x amount for B tier and so on. All competitors from each quiz could be awarded points base on there rank 1-8. Then by the time wrestlemania rolls around you could have the grand finals to determine the Grand Champion. And idk about you guys but I think the grand finals idea would be great to do at a Live show.

I did the Maths again, only 10 people have won the rumble from their debut. That includes Lex Luger in his co won rumble match win with Bret Hart. Doesn't include Stone Cold winning in 1997 because he appeared in 1996 as The Ringmaster.
