These 3 are solid…Funny, I came in on the middle of this video, while my cousin was watching…and I told him,Cass is of Caribbean descent, not because of her looks, but because of her sheer logic and delivery…Very few Africa Americans can go through hell, filter out toxicity, genuinely recover, using self awareness, mental fortitude and is willing to help others.

I am so happy and thrilled that I found this PLatform... I was a bitter black woman that only loved one man my adult life... He approached me with lies.. our whole relationship was based on lies.. I have forgiven him as well as forgiven myself but I'm still lacking healthy boundaries for my future husband.. I need to continue breaking chains.. by the way I'm single I'm speaking in the future about my husband.. I want to be wife material with no baggage.. So I'm grateful I have subscribed after watching the Judge Lynn Toler story ❤

Sadly I was the wife in her scenario. My ex worked out of town during the week and came home weekends. Some weekends he couldn’t come because of obligations and required overtime, which I encouraged. I was forgiving, understanding and didn’t go visit because I had my own job and the kids. So was easy for him to have another life. He could tell gf he was visiting his kids every other weekend. In the end, it broke my heart and the somehow the blame was on me because I encouraged the sacrifice for the family.

Your advice sounds so good. I have not been with anyone in 15 years. Married 2 time and each got bored with me and cheated BIG TIME. Also I was a goody 2 shoe wife, too nice, a empath and too passive. Now I just want a good male friend to create some memories . I want to be like the lyrics of Naked in Ella Mae s song. I always refuse to deal with men who smoke or drinking but seem to get mean men later on. If I had stayed in the marriage I d be dead. He told my daughter he should have NEVER married me. That hurt! I could tell by the Ex hubby's actions he did not want me any longer. Divorce was my safe option. I shall get your book! He needed to go all the way out of his house and into his car to take a phone call? Idk…something about that story just still doesn’t sit right with me regardless. Trusting someone and being secure is one thing, but I can’t blatantly ignore weird scenarios like that. I’m glad she is now happily married though.

@@leomarilyn4232 Yeah it sounds like even the new marriage may be a little questionable (imo) aint no man taking no private calls around me, unless I for certain know it’s business or a family member. I thought she was going to say she heard the call, but to walk off and be okay just because he said, “I’m not that guy,” naw, sometimes they be exactly the same guy, but because you told them what you been through, now they know how to maneuver and “handle” you better. That's why I believe you don't tell them all about your past relationships so they don't get to have an advantage on your hurt, tramas or your triggers, they use that against you in the relationship and when you sense something is going on based on their actions, attitude and behaviors they want to say we are crazy, I believe we have to take our own advice on this kind of matters especially since we know all the angles of the situation be ready, plan and leave him or get him out your home you don't want no weakness in your homes foundation make sure you have a man who cares and answers to your straight up questions, about our emotions and support we got family and friends to relate, release and reflect on our past relationships, but we must spend some time on our own to recover from a prior damaging relationship, heal our self in spirit, mentally and emotionally but don't take too long to bounce back, God willing we pay attention and attract a solid Man, our equal to the foundation to make a home, a family of two is a new family that can grow together and offer any children involved a safe family life in a home. Hope for all the best to All who put God, and themselves first when choosing that one and only standup kind of life partner who can stand side by side you through thick and thin in all lifes circumstances and events of joy and hardships, challenges and crisis and the in-between daily life, I don't want no one holding me back, getting in the way of my life's purposes- With Respect, Faith and Actions I will know his walk in life and if he fits in my Life, not everyone is worth my time, love or friendship, don't be too generous with everyone you come across not everyone gets to hold my hand in Life, be honest with yourself about your place in the relationship, if your not legally married it's not a marriage don't expect that "significant other" to behave or treat you as the wife/husband anything else is intended to be a temporary kind of relationship that is not the foundation for a home, honor and value yourself to get the most of an honest relationship with your life partner, if for whatever reason the relationship must come to an end, then be okay with yourself and End it, life goes on and you continue with your purpose God has to be in your life so that he/she is with you through all life seasons that the only way I can make move on and forward with Peace and not all broken into pieces, let yourself breakdown if you have to in order to complete your transformation in the healing process but don't go broken into any relationship yes we walk around with scars, scars are a sign of healing, its not a sign of your death don't let anything get between your hearts and God, that's the sacred space you hold for that one true and only one who deserves that place in your life who has earned your trust to hold your hand it's that significant remember you are a Gift of Life don't waste your time with foolishness

I have to disagree that a woman should consider staying with a man that hits her just because he shows remorse. Remorse is just another tactic for some abusers so that their victims feel even worse about leaving when they eventually randomly escalate the abuse. When physical abuse enters the picture, whether or not things can be worked out comes completely down to the victim/survivor.

There's one thing that I really oppose that she said. I make a really great living. I NEED my man to make more or at least afford my same lifestyle. There's no amount of money that I will make that will allow me to tolerate a man making less. We live a physical existence and this is programmed into women. It's not about money but about provision. Emotional provisions don't cancel out monetary. It's about safety on all levels. Financial safety is necessary. If I have a mansion and something happens to me, I need a man that can maintain our standard of living. I'm not doing struggle love and have a so called man beside me. I'm just being real. It's a turn off if a man doesn't have ambition and the money that shows for his efforts. I have it, why don't you? It's a man's world in the workforce so nah..miss me with that. Everything else I felt like she was on point with. Great conversation as usual. ❤

There’s no such thing as heartbreak in my opinion. The idea of heartbreak is just a way of making pseudo or puppy love sound real. Just look at why a person is heartbroken, and there’s nothing whatsoever besides pure foolishness. The ego crushed or butt hurt over something ridiculous or a messed up person. Which is foolishness to begin with and people hurt in underdevelopment and hypersensitivity and think they are heartbroken. 😮 That growing up and developing more is the solution to.

Men need respect and women need love. But when we have to walk in our masculine energy and we have such a large to-do list... It's hard for us to walk in our feminine. Also I find that oftentimes because we're so busy walking in our love side we end up in relationships with people we shouldn't be in. But then it puts us in a position where we can't or struggle to show respect because we have a clown in charge of our family as a spiritual head. So then we can't give respect, because we know more, and we do more than he does. We're more capable than he is. Because we picked a project, not a partner and so the covering and the order of the family is off and messy. And then we're constantly trying to create and push him to be a leader, And for him to be the spiritual head.because he doesn't know how to be. Then we're having to be the spiritual head which is putting the cart before the horse and everything out of order. Then we wonder why things don't work. This is why it's important to pick an actual leader, that can lead us physically financially and spiritually. Because a clown in charge can never lead us. We're constantly taking over having to lead, because we're the better leader. Then we're having to walk in our masculine. Which often pushes him into the feminine because we're his Mommy, not his partner.
