nice gemini table, but maybe you could compare your table to the gemini and then compare new prices versus results?
@mbmmllc6 жыл бұрын
we have always wanted to do a side by side comparison video of our shaker table vs a gemini as our shaker table is rated for 95% recovery of the free milling gold down to 325 mesh.
@richardservatius54056 жыл бұрын
make a video when you do...i'm betting that even if gemini gets better results; your table is more cost effective. this is the kind of comparison of equipment i love. most tests are "run some ore, weigh it, run the tailings and weigh the results". it should be "run some ore on one brand of equipment, weigh the results, run the exact same ore on another brand and weigh the results". however, by running ore that has clay or silt in it, the comparison can NEVER be the same because you lose the clay/silt in the first run. you'd have to recover everything and dry it out to match the initial ore specs, and then run it again. fairly impossible.
@richardservatius54056 жыл бұрын
alternatively; you could run a large sample on one machine and a similar sample on another brand for comparison.

The rough concentrate is refined in Korea. It depends on the head ore as this is a custom mill the concentrate value changes

Naked Acres Its too bad we don't have any processing facilities in the US that will take this material. We are shipping all our resources overseas, its a shame.
