Too much soy, would rather eat a raw bell pepper looks very unappetizing. Making your own jerky is not very hard takes a couple hours.

I love raw bell peppers! Yes, I think the dry style that is popular in Texas and Oklahoma is not for everyone, but it's what I grew up on. Yes making your own beef jerky is very doable and I might look at doing that for a project for the channel.
