This Couple has been farming together for 35 years on the border of St.Elizabeth and Manchester here in Jamaica, their relationship has produced 2 children. The couple has been farming without water depending solely on Rain Fall, they dont use any chemical at all on their farm... This is truely a very inspirational couple. I do hope you enjoy the video.

Shan u always do such beautiful content. What about the family doing a guided tour of the farm once or twice a week to visitors to earn some extra money which could finance the irrigation? I can think of young families living in cold countries coming to ja.on vacation who would love this , also jamaican "townies".Just a thought. I'd be the first in the line because he has a wealth of knowledge and we could all learn.

Never heard of hogberry? What a beautiful farm and an equally beautiful hardworking couple. If only, our young people especially our men could adopt the same work ethic , this would be wonderful. We have a situation here in jamaica at the present time, my people, where unskilled young men are asking for deposits before they'll lift a finger to do unskilled work where they are not buying the materials 🙄? Not funny but you have to laugh 😂. I can envisage a future where foreigners will be allowed in just to fill the void, like how they go to Canada and America to do the work locals don't want to do. They've started and they are not here for a holiday. Wake up jamaica!

🇯🇲 He has the body, and gait of a farmer - appropriate muscle mass for the work ahead. The thing that sticks out to me is the soil, the "red earth." The soil brought back a memory when I first arrived in foreign as a child, it's was the end of winter, coming in to spring, and I remember wanting to go back to Jamaica, because the earth here in foreign was so different, it was dark, cold, and looked like broken glass was crushed up in fine pieces in it, that was the appearance to me as a child. Mi really at the time, did wah fi guh bak ah mi yaad.🙄🇯🇲
