Nah, it just wasn’t my style and I felt different about it. I love hardy and can’t wait for the whole album, i don’t have to like everything. This one just felt off to me. But vocally he killed it and the track is growing on me.

Bro, first, SO glad to see this. I've been waiting on this (searching KZbin daily). HOWEVER, the one time you closed your eyes to play "air drums", it showed a key moment. It showed that his "girlfriend" was just in an ad for vacuum cleaners that was in the magazine he was holding. Everything was in his mind, as he is psycho. I think that's a good way for him to play the character himself, because it also could me much worse. I don’t think HARDY will be ever be “pigeon holed” when it comes to his musical stylings….and that’s why he’s changing the landscape. I don’t love this song, but I don’t hate him recording this song. This album is not geared and it’s not going to be played on country radio, that’s almost certain. But unless you include at least one or two tracks that are made for release on rock radio the album would be a commercial flop. I feel like this is probably one of the two maybe three tracks off the album that will be specifically guided for release on rock radio.

The only thing shinedown has put out since I started my reaction channel is Planet Zero, which a couple of the reactions i did do off that album got blocked. I also choose my reactions based on stuff that is heavily requested, shinedown hasn’t been heavily requested. Hopefully for their next release I can get some approval from the label. I don’t react to stuff I have heard in the passed and I own all of shinedowns albums. Hopefully this info helps.
