It seems like most brands cant make better rods anymore. I liked the Pro Axis-X i casted realy long with it, but i dont get the same distance and feel with the new rods.

Amazing vid! Quick question: have you managed to get your hands on the 10wt Zane Pro? if so is it at all stiffer and better at longer distances? Could it handle a 400grain sink tip line?

Old video yet as to saltwater comment. I would argue that every rod and reel should be made saltwater tough unless it's dirt cheap junk then even there it should be.
