Harford Mall shooting suspect's mom among those arrested

Bel Air police arrested the mother of a suspect accused of a shooting at a child's birthday party at Harford Mall. Officers are still searching for the alleged gunman. Investigators said a fight between two families at a party on Sunday escalated to gunfire inside the Harford Bounce Party Place. On Monday, police identified a suspect as Wesley Lyons, 35, of Edgewood, who investigators said is considered armed and dangerous.
