I’m so glad the focus is going to be on what actually works! It just doesn’t always make sense to people who haven’t learned enough about the subject, so they to have a knee-jerk rejection of the solutions that have been shown to truly work best. It’s important not to judge based on preconceptions when all the evidence is so clear! Though, we also need to be solving the problems that are driving people to seek out illicit opioids to begin with, which usually means addressing their material needs and mental health. We *know* what works, we just need the public and elected officials to support it!

My period lasted 5 and a half weeks on the 5th week I decided to go to urgent care which they ended up telling me I have to go to the emergency room due to them not having what they need to check me out for that and told me bleeding for 5 weeks is definitely more of an emergency room visit. I was at the hospital for over 5 hours for them to only take a vial of blood and tell me I'm fine and just to wait it out... I've been dealing with this for almost 3 months now, when I went to the emergency room the first time they did an ultrasound the discharge nurse said I have a cyst on one of my ovaries. She couldn't tell me which one but told me I could read it myself on mymercy portal... Well I did just that which I shouldn't have to that's what we pay them to do plus I'm no doctor I didn't even really know what everything meant I had to Google everything! Which I read I have a cyst on my left ovary and uterine fibroid, never even heard about that before.. I've seen 4 doctors now and got a 5th scheduled but have to wait till the middle of January to be seen, I'm just totally over all this to be honest!! I just know this doctor is going to say the same thing. This honestly makes me think of the woman with the issue of blood in the Bible how she bled for 12 years and how Jesus healed her because of her faith in Him! Jesus is the best doctor there is we just need to put all our trust and faith in Him!! He WILL make us well!!
