It's actually one of the highest-budgeted and expensive dramas of Pakistan. Because the antiques from pre-independence are actually really costly so it makes the drama quite expensive. But apart from this...it is a really beautiful drama. 'Romance' is its main genre. Plzz react to its teasers

This is based on Khadija mastoor’s novel “Aangan” and the production was wonderful. For the first 3/4 of the show, it was perfect. The greatest flaw of the show was the team trying to cash in on the Sahad craze post YKS. Their characters were not meant to have any deep connection, but they messed up the characters by trying to give fans what “they wanted”…taking away from the beauty of Jameel-Aaliyah’s love story. But yeah, this show never came on KZbin or any streaming platform, so it was very difficult to watch if you didn’t watch live (and it still isn’t anywhere).

I don't agree at all cause I have read the novel and have watched the show thrice and at no point was any dynamic in the show different than the novel. the parts from the novel which reflected Jameel and Aaliyah's story were very vulgar and weren't suitable for Pakistani screen which is why they weren't included
