Hari Mirch Ka Achaar
250 gm - Green Chillies
Cut them: and Keep in Bowl then add
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Salt
2 no - Lemon Juice
Mix and Close the Lid and Keep it for 4-5 Hours
Take a Mixie Jar and add
2 tbsp - Split Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp - Mustard Seeds Black
1 tbsp - Sauf
1+1/2 tsp - Salt
2 tsp - Aamchoor Powder
Grind and Make a Powder
1 tsp - Kalonji
1 tsp - Black Pepper
Take a Tadka Pan and add
1/4 Cup - Mustard Oil
Heat till Properly Hot and then Cool Little bit
In above plate add
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Put hot Oil over it and Close the Lid , Give Rest for 2-3 Min then Mix Properly , Let Cool Completely
Now Take Green Chillies , Strain extra Water
Then add add above in Bowl , Mix all together
Serve after 3-4 days
