Sony NX 80 our primary camera stopped working on the 1st day of the shoot, this was a disappointment, We had no choice but to shoot with our secondary camera Sony A 7 111 in this entire series of Tamil Nadu.

Hotel in Kanyakumari- TTDC- Tamil Nadu Government hotel - at a very prominent location of Kanyakumari. www.ttdconline...
We Paid Rs 2688 for double occupancy in Dec 2023, Tariff includes breakfast.
Windmills - On route to Tirunelveli we noticed so many windmills, Our driver told us that there are approx 10,000 windmills in this complete area.
Fault in Sony NX 80 camera - We decided to send the camera to Kochi Sony service center as the memory card inside was not reading. Though after 3 days we were told that this thing will take 15 days, So our team mate came back with a faulty camera, which means we continued our shoot with Sony A 7 111.
Dinner at Ramanathapuram - We had our dinner at Meenakshi Bhavan, This place was 55 km before Rameshwaram.
Food cost - Kurma , Sambar with Chapati costed us Rs 40 only for one plate.
Hotel in Rameswaram - We reached Rameshwaram at 12 o'clock in the night. We stayed in Rameswaram at the TTDC property Hotel Tamil Nadu which is the Tamil Nadu government undertaking.
Tariff - Rs 3472 per room for a day for Dec 2023.

Excellent BTS Video. Those Windmills 😮 it is ' literally ' a forest of Windmills. It is really a very busy schedule, just like some corporate honchos on a business tour, please try to tour in a relaxed way... Like give time for yourself for atleast a day, no recording, no data copy, no editing, no charging of gadgets... I can understand your concern for quality of videos but you can record on other standby camera and get the primary camera repaired when you are back in Delhi. Of course these are my feelings and a suggestion, don't take it otherwise. Thank You Harish Ji 🎉

I had visited Rameshwaram in December 2022 and we had also stayed at TTDC Rameshwaram .But behaviour of night duty staff was very rude and bad. When we reached at early morning instead of giving rest room for ourist, he said us to fresh at chowkidar, security guard wash room. Due to this mood as well as journey become worse

The explanation of ThiruNelveli is fine ,there is one more reason for the name is that the whole ThruNelVeli district is protected by the Western Ghat ,the Other side of the Western Ghat is Kerala and will be raining heavily but this side will be no Rain or light rain will be there to protect the Paddy Field(Nel) ,the Western Ghat is acting like a Fence for the Paddy field, so it got the name.
