Silicone, don't use any other glue only use waterproof glue otherwise your fishes will die

super glue (Gorilla glue) is the best under water glue. It works fast and can be submerged instantly. Silicone will also work, but it has to cure/dry for 24 hours. Super glue will not hold under water on glass though.
