With Coke Studio Pakistan for season 15 American Warner Music Company has signed a deal with the Pakistani company Giraffe Music. Thats why you see a little difference, videos are short and music is a bit like which can be broadcasted on western radio and tv channels. So i think things are going in right direction. Though i want to see longer music videos too for which CS Pakistan is famous for. Good reaction video by you and sense of music and marketing.

Its a Pashto song. Dance form is Atan. Harkalay means welcome. Boys with Henna on hands. Its a cultural thing. They put Henna (mehndi) on palm. And just close it. The henna made different shape for each person. It looks so cute Its a cultural thing. When there is no rain.. they color paint the children faces with ash. And they visit every house of village and pray for rain.

This song is a mix of Pashto and English. GULAY has been derived from GUL which means FLOWER, and in Pashtu GULAY means SWEETHEART/MY LOVE. In Turkish GULAY is a female name which means ROSE MOON. I had never imagined that Pashtu and English would ever combine in such an amazing way. The BTS of this song is very special and phenomenal. WARNING: You may cry watching the BTS of this song.
